Tiklal (Yemenite siddur), with commentary by the Kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Wannah (Mahar"i Wannah). Ancient and very important.
The Gaon and Kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Wannah (c.1575-1670), author of Rechev Elokim and other important works), was one of the greatest Yemenite Torah scholars of all time. Mahar"i Wannah, also known as Mahari"w, was the first to insist on the preparation of an organized and precise version of the Yemenite tradition for the prayers, with some integration of the opinions of the Kabbalists.
This Tiklal includes the comprehensive commentary by the Mahar"i Wannah from 1637, and is therefore one of the oldest manuscripts that includes this commentary. The antiquity of this Tiklal is evident in several features (detailed in the attached expert opinion of Dr. Moshe Gavra, head of the Center for the Study of Yemenite Jewry), including that this version of the prayers is ancient and primary, before Mahar"i Wannah imposed changes.
Beautiful handwriting. Includes songs and poems at the end. Good condition.
