Великолепное издание на мелованной бумаге, с превосходными иллюстрациями в тексте и на отдельных вклейках, выпущенное к 100-летию Министерства иностранных дел России. Охватывает историю русской дипломатии с XVI-го по конец XIX века. Книга распространялось среди нашего дипломатического корпуса, в свободную продажу не поступала.
