Psalme von Koenig David with German translation. Basel, 1943. Special introduction about the Day of Prayer to Save European Jewry. 115:121 pages, 12 cm. Additional title page and introduction in German. Before the German introduction is a detailed description of a special program in which Jews all over the world will unite and choose a day and time during which they will all recite the Book of Tehillim and will cry out to Hashem to save them from the Nazi murderers. The program over four pages written in meticulous German. It adds that there is no doubt that these prayers will save the Jewish people and bring an end to the Holocaust and a defeat of the Nazi beasts. The bibliographers who described the book did not notice these pages that appear before the German introduction. Original binding [slightly damaged]. Minor aging stains. Very fine condition.
