Halachic and Talmudic Chiddushim. Autographs, in various hands. 19th century. Three booklets containing about 60 leaves of various sizes. About 21×13 cm. Clear, Ashkenazic hands with marginal supplements. Booklet 1: Chiddushim on Tractate Beitzah; followed by [in another hand] Chiddushim on the Tanach [Chayei Sarah, Shir Hashirim], a number of blank leaves; two pages about Tractate Niddah, 55a. Booklet 2: Chiddushim on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim. On the Rosh and the Rambam; Chiddushim on the Talmud [Pesachim, Succa, etc.]. Chiddushim in the name of אדמ”ו מוהרנ”ט אב”ד פה והמדינה – apparently referring to Rabbi Nachum Trebitsch, av”d of Nikolsburg. Booklet 3: [Paginated 1-21]: Chiddushim on the Tur and Shulchan Aruch, Yoreh Deah; Chiddushim on Tractate Chulin. The booklets are not bound. Aging stains. Light tears, not affecting text. Fine-very fine condition.
