New Ideas (Chiddushim) in the Handwriting of the Gaon Rabbi Gershon Hanoch Henich Fishman. 1930s.
[2] Pamphlets of new ideas in the handwriting of the Gaon Rabbi Gershon Hanoch Henich Fishman, head of the Beth Din Rudki Kosky. 1930s. [14] Pages, height 35 cm, width 22 cm. Two of the pamphlets were printed in his book “Simchat HaChag” (Section 3 and Section 14). HaGaon Rabbi Gershon Hanoch Henich Fishman (5660-5726) was the son-in-law of the Gaon the Tsaddik Rabbi Eliyahu Dushnizer. He was born in Brisk in the year 5560 and the Gaon Rabbi Aharon Leib Steinmann has confirmed that he was one of the prodigies of the town. Similarly, HaGrach Kanievsky has confirmed that his son-in-law Rabbi E. Dushnizer would raise many new ideas in his lessons in the Yeshiva, in the name of his son-in-law, as mentioned above. He learned Torah in the Branowitz Yeshiva of the Gaon Rabbi Elchanan Wasserman and also in the Yeshiva Lomdei Zikney Ha’ir, and from the Rav of the city, HaGaon Rabbi Aharon Baktz. Served as Head of the Beth Din of Rutki in Poland and from 5697 as Rav of Herzlia until his death. His compositions that were published include: Simchat HeChag (Bligorei, 5697) Mei HaChag, Sfeika Derabanan and Kedushei Shaah. A few tears, time related stains. In good condition.
