דודו גבע (1950-2005) האב הרוחני של תרבות הקומיקס בישראל, קומיקסאי, קריקטוריסט, מאייר והומוריסטן ישראלי. גבע פרסם לאורך שנים רצועות קומיקס סאטיריות ומדורים הומוריסטיים בעיתונות הארצית והמקומונית, שחלק גדול מהם יצא לאור בעשרות ספריו. בשנותיו האחרונות פעל גבע גם מחוץ למסגרת העיתונות הממוסדת, והיה בין פעילי זירת הקומיקס האלטרנטיבית והתרבות המחתרתית
