Arts and Crafts in the Land of Israel in the Nineteenth Century, Israel Museum, 1979. The book was published on the occasion of an exhibition held at the Israel Museum that year on Jewish art in Israel in the 19th century.


An important essay on the cradle of Hebrew art in the Land of Israel in the period before the founding of Bezalel. The 'Mizrach', 'Shiviti', and early Ktubot made by various artists, art in decorative objects and souvenirs, Chanukah lamps, Amulets, early Eretz Israel architecture, and more.
