Alexandria Victoria, [1819-1901] Queen of the United Kingdom from June 20, 1837 until her death. She reigned for 63 years and seven months, more than any British king before and after, Until Elizabeth II. She was also the first empress of India, from May 1, 1876. Her years of reign became comfortable years for the British kingdom's Jews and hence the much sympathy they gained in her death.
