The Jewish nurse - A large collection of photographs
160 photographs depicting the profession of the Hebrew nurse. Dozens of 'nurses' photos in various hospitals, training courses, work, vacations, nurses' conferences, and more. Most of them were taken in the Land of Israel, a number of nurses' photographs in European hospitals, the first decades of the 20th century to the 1970s.
Nurses from a variety of hospitals operating in the Land of Israel: Rothschild Nurses' School in Haifa, Mizra Hospital, Tirat Carmel Hospital, Italian Hospital, Kfar Horesh, Paris Hospital, Misgav Ladach, photographs of Hebrew nurses in various locations In Europe, Nurse from Nesher [dated back: 1927] and more. Some of the photographs are signed by the photographers' stamp: Aharonson Brothers and Poto Naji.
Size: Most photos 9x6 cm. Some are larger. c- 35 size14x9 cm. some bigger.
