Marriage certificate signed by the Holy Rebbe Rabbi Meir Abuchatzira, as the city's Rabbi of 'Midlat' in Morocco


Handwritten marriage certificate signed by the Holy Rebbe Rabbi Meir Abukhtsira, the "Baba Meir", from the peroid was the Rabbi of Midlat City in Morocco, when he was 28 years old, at the time he began serving as the city's rabbinate. February 9, 1945.


The Mekubal HaEloki Rabbi Meir Abkhtsira, the "Baba Meir" [1917-1983]. Born in the Tafilalat district of Morocco, a firstborn son of Rabbi Yisrael Abuchatzira, the "Baba Sally," and Rebbetzin Faraha (Amsalem). At 25, he was ordained a rabbinate. In the year 1945 he was appointed rabbi of the city of Midalat in Morocco and later as the head of the Tomchey Temimim Chabad yeshiva  in the city. In 1953, he was appointed rabbi of the city of Arpod. In the 1965, he immigrated to Israel and settled in Ashdod, and soon became known to the exemplary owner who all came to receive a blessing from him. He began to receive an audience in his father's life, and became known for his Keeping eyes, and the power of his blessings that affected a wealth of miracles, blessings and successes for many who flocked to him. He died in Ashdod in Nissan [1983], about a year before his father passed away. Buried in the Mount of Olives Cemetery. His sons are the Kabbalist righteous Rabbi Elazar Abuchatzira ZIA, and Rabbi David Hai of Nahariya, Rabbi Yekutiel ,and Rabbi Raphael.
