Torah novellae that not printed by Rabbi Moshe Finkel

Torah novellae in the Baba Kama tractate in the handwriting of the genius Rabbi Moshe Finkel, the son of the "grandfather from Slabodka". Not printed.

Rabbi Moshe Finkel [1883-1925]. The son of the "Grandfather of Slabodka" Rabbi Nathan Zvi Finkel. Attended the Mir Yeshiva with Rabbi Eliyahu Baruch Kamai and Rabbi Eliezer Gordon. He was also sent by his father (along with his brother Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda) to study with Rabbi Chaim Soloveitchik in Brisk. He also studied a period at Radin's Yeshiva with the Hafez Hayim. He became known as one of the most splendid of Lithuania yeshiva scholars and scholars, and he was known as "Eiluy Shebailuyim." In the 1930s, he married Sarah Zlata, daughter of Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Epstein, head of the Slobodka Yeshiva. His wedding was a formative event at the yeshiva, and Rabbi Eliyahu Baruch Kamai came to attend it. After delivering his sermon, Rabbi Abraham Eliyahu Kaplan repeated it with rhymes. He immigrated to Eretz Yisrael, to serve as a rabbi in a yeshiva in Hebron. Less than a year later, on the date of Sukkot 1926, he died suddenly, and is 42 years old. Rabbi Meir Simcha Hacohen of Dvinsk stated that he would be the "Ketzot Hahoshen" of the generation. In a letter of condolence to his father, wrote rabbi Yeruham Leibovitz of him: "Ark of the Lord", "Candle of Israel", "In his light we see light".

His Torah were not published as a book, but were printed in individual articles and embedded in Torah assemblies and his family's books. To our knowledge, the innovations before us have never been printed!

[22] Written pages. Dense writing. Very good condition.
