The author reviews the history of Jewish art in the Netherlands from the 16th to the 20th centuries. Accompanied by many photographs of religious objects that characterize the Amsterdam community -  spice Towers , Chanukah lamps, Torah scrolls, Jewish etchings and more.


The author was murdered in the Holocaust.
