Letter by the Gaon the Author of 'Dvar Avraham of Kovno – 1931
Written on the Gaon's official stationery.
Addressed to Rabbi Botchko. Recommendation for his disciple who came to Switzerland.
Handwritten and signed by him.
The Gaon Rabbi Avraham Dober Kahana Shapira was the last rabbi of the Kovno (Kaunas) community, one of the leading Poskim of the 20th century. Died from an illness in the Kovno Ghetto.
