"Tapis vert ou le prophete" (Green carpet or the prophet), 1980, Gouache on paper (mounted on cardboard), 26 x 23 cm, Signed with a monogram on recto, Signed, titled and dated on verso.
Gifted by Alex Maguy (1905-1999), the owner of the famous Galerie de l'Elysée in Paris, to Emil Nadgar, former Israeli ambassador to Belgium in the 1960’s, in 1982.
Past provenance: the collection of Aviva and Emil Nadgar.
