Photomontage postcard in memory of the Jewish victims of the 1920 Jerusalem Riots, with the inscription “Victims of the Pogrom in Jerusalem, April 4,5,6, 1920”. The postcard shows 14 images of the victims, a quote from the Balfour Declaration, as well as a portrait of the British Military Governor of Jerusalem at the time, Colonel Storrs.
In the Jerusalem Riots of 1920, led by the Mufti of Jerusalem Amin al-Husayni, Arab mob attacked the Jewish population of the city.
