Sefer Pri HaAdamah – novellae on the Rambam, by Rabbi Meyuchas ben R. Shmuel. 

Written at the top of the title page is: “Belongs to my teacher, the Gaon Av Beis Din, 1784 Frankfurt". Rabbi Pinchas served as the Av Beis Din of Frankfurt from 1772 until his death in 1805.

Rabbi Pinchas Halevy Horowitz (1731-1805), the son of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch and a student of the Maggid of Mezeritch. Rabbi Pinchas also learned for many years with his older brother, Rabbi Shmelke of Nikolsburg.
