Polemic Letter signed by Rabbi Shlomo Sofer, the son of the Ksav Sofer, AB"D of Beregszász. Regarding the Distribution of Tzedakah Funds.
An interesting letter on the debate over the distribution of tzedakah funds, from 1939. The letter was written by someone else and Rabbi Shlomo Sofer signed his name to it.
Rabbi Shlomo Sofer (1853-1930) served as the Av Beis Din of Deretchke until 1884, when he accepted the position of rabbi in Beregszász, where he served until his passing.
