Responsa, by Rabbi Yaakov Katz Pepperish, of Frankfurt am Main, with an approbation from the Pnei Yehoshua. Two volumes bound together.
Rabbi Yaakov Katz Pepperish served as a dayan in Prague and as Av Beis Din in Framkfurt am Main. His Shev Yaakov is a major work of piskei halacha and responsa and is cited often in halacha books. Many of his students became the great rabbis of the following generation.
