A. Olive Tree boxset perspex board in it a medal from the Ministry of Defense with symbols of the Air Industry, the Military Industry, Rephael, and the symbol of the Ministry of Defense. On its bottom the state symbol with a dedication to Major-General Shlomo Arel from Major-General (ret.) David Ivri, general secretary of the Defense Ministry and its staff.
B. Given as an award by Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Dan Shomron, a seven vessel bronze Menorah and in its center a platoon commander pin. With dedication.
Shlomo Arel (26.11.1920 - 19.11.2018) was a Major-General in Tzahal, commander of the Israeli Navy and regulator of the defense system. Led the development of the Navy's first missile ships - Saar ships, and commanded the Navy during the Six Day War and at the time of the sinking of the destroyer Eilat and the Dakar submarine.
