The fortune teller

Signed oil on masonite  dated 1985. Framed work 75 x 60 cm.

Gurban was born in 1956 in the former Soviet Union. He studied painting in Lvov and still in his youth participated in many exhibitions in the Soviet Union. His works have been exhibited for a year at the famous Hermitage Museum in St. Pittsburgh. He also participated in a traveling international exhibition in Europe entitled "Peace and War through the Eyes of the Artists" which featured 12th-20th century art from the world's leading collections and museums. The exhibition featured three of his works alongside paintings by Chagall, Dali, Kandinsky and more.

He immigrated to Israel in 1990 and has been living and painting Israel ever since
