ACADEMY AWARD WINNERS: An excellent selection of three vintage signed photographs by three awarded Hollywood stars of the golden age, containing VIVIEN LEIGH (1913-1967) English Actress. An excellent signed postcard photograph of Leigh, the image depicting the awarded actress in a head and shoulders pose. Signed by Leigh (c.1939) in bold black fountain pen ink to a partially clear area at the base of the image. With remnants of former affixing to the verso; JANE WYMAN (1917-2007) American Actress. First wife of US President Ronald Reagan. An excellent signed 8 x 10 photograph, the image depicting the American artist in a half length pose. Signed in bold black ink across the image. Also inscribed to the upper left corner; and BOB HOPE (1903-2003) British-born American Actor. Vintage signed 8 x 10 photograph by Hope, the promotional Paramount image showing the American comedian in a half length pose, in costume, in a scene of `Off Limits´, released in England as `Military Policemen´ (1953), alongside Marilyn Maxwell. Signed in his hand in bold blue ink to the upper left clear corner of the mage. The present photograph was obtained in person by well-known French autograph collector Pierre Goulliard.
