Signature of the holy kabbalist Rabbi Meir Abuhatzeira – Baba Meir (1951)
The holy signature of the Baba Meir, Rabbi Meir Abuhatzeira and his approval on an accounts page with the totals of sums of money, from Morocco in 1951, compiled by Rabbi Avraham Shalom, the son of Rabbi Yitzhak… with the signature and approval of Rabbi Meir Abuhatzeira at the bottom.
Rabbi Meir Abuhatzeira. The firstborn son of the Baba Sali, Rabbi Israel Abuhatzeira. Rabbi in several Moroccan cities. He made Aliya in 1965 and settled in Ashdod. Everyone recognized his holiness, but he was very humble. He helped people in wondrous ways and was very learned in Torah and Kabbala. He was famous for gurding his eyes and his purity. He died during his father’s lifetime. His sons are tsaddikim, the blessed scions of the magnificent Abuhatzeira family.
