A Silver and Parcel Gilt Jewelry Casket, Moscow, Russia, 1881
Designed as a chest and finely engraved with traditional Russian geometric motifs. Two oval, loose handles on both sides and hinged lock clasp (lock missing). Raised on four supports with a gilt interior. Fully marked, maker's mark (on the underside).
