אלפארבאנדישע - געזערד - לאטעריי – כרטיס לוטו ברוסיה עם כיתוב ביידיש - מצב טוב - שנת 1930
אוזט - חברה ציבורית לקידום מפעל ההסבה אל החקלאות של היהודים העמלים בברית-המועצות – הוקם בדצמבר 1924 כתחליף ל"וועד הציבורי היהודי לעזרת נפגעי הפוגרומים" (ЕКОПО) שפורק. הוא אמור היה לסייע באופן מעשי לקומזט בהשגת מטרותיו. בדצמבר 1930 התקיימה הוועידה השנייה (והאחרונה) של "אוזט" במטרה להחליט האם לקיים את ההתיישבות היהודית בחצי האי קרים או במה שיהפוך למחוז היהודי האוטונומי (בירוביג'ן). בתור החלטת פשרה, הוחלט לקדם את ההתיישבות היהודית בשני האזורים.
