Good lot of six rare postcards depicting synagogues in Hungary and Croatia, both countries later occupied by Germans or becoming aligned with Germany. Synagogues include those at Brod (burned by Nazis, bombed, rabbi and family murdered); Szekesfehervar (spared destruction); Szombathely (now a symphonic hall), Nagykoros (spared destruction), Gyor (spared destruction), and Szeged (spared destruction). Five of the six postcards have been postally used, not translated.
