The Emblem of the "Regimental Scouts" – Original Drawing – The Givati Brigade in the Israeli War of Independence, August 1948
Original drawing (ink and crayon on paper) of the emblem of the "Regimental Scouts – Givati" – the scout unit of the Givati Brigade (the 5th Brigade) in the Israeli War of Independence. Not signed. Dated with an inked stamp: August 17, 1948.
The emblem intertwines binoculars and a compass with a wreath of leaves and the inscription "Regimental Scouts Givati" (Hebrew).
[1] leaf, 12.5X12.5 cm. Fair condition. Stains, fold lines and wear. Tears, some of them reinforced with tape on verso.
