Textbook for grammar and vowelization, product of the author's lessons that he delivered to his comrades in the Underground while they were detained in Kenya.
The author, Uzzi Ornan, was a member of Etze"l who was exiled to Kenya in 1944, where he taught his fellow detainees grammar. The author is a professor of linguistics, a member of the Academy of the Hebrew Language, and brother of poet Yonatan Ratosh.
