RUST BERNHARD: (1883-1945) German Minister of Science, Education and Culture in the Third Reich. An influential figure of the Nazi educational system immersing youth in the National Socialist philosophy. Rust committed suicide on 8th May 1945 when Germany surrendered to Allied forces. A good signed postcard photograph `B.Rust´, the image showing him in a close-up head and shoulders pose. Signed in bold black ink to a partially clear area at the base of the image. Accompanied by the original T.L.S., by his adjutant, one page, folio, Berlin, 30th October 1934, on the Reichsminister printed stationery, to Walter Burri, in German. Also including the original envelope, post-stamped. G £250-350
