In 1964, he entered the sculpture department of the Stroganov Higher School of Art and Industry. Since the 1960s - a participant in republican, all-Union and international exhibitions. Georgy Frangulyan works in the genre of easel and monumental sculpture with various materials, including bronze, marble, wood, ceramics.
