Mikhailov Konstantin Vsevolodovich (born 1954).  Soviet and Russian artist, graphic artist. Graduated from the painting workshop of V.G. Tsyplakov at the Moscow Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov (1978). A regular participant in Moscow, republican and all-Union art exhibitions since 1978. The artist's work is in private collections in Russia and abroad.
