Friedman Karl Sholomovich (1926, Moscow - 2001, Moscow).  Graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School (1939-1945). In 1945-1951 studied at the Moscow State Art Institute. Surikov at P.D. Pokarzhevsky. Member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 1951. Participant of art exhibitions since 1951. Famous artist of the sixties. A personal exhibition of K. Sh. Friedman was held at KKG in 2002.
