Belyaev-Gintovt A.Yu. - Novitas.. Year:  2004 Technique:  Author's technique on paper. Size:  85х60. Belyaev-Gintovt Alexey Yurievich (1965, Moscow).  Russian artist. Member of the International Eurasian Movement. Laureate of the ”Kandinsky Prize” for 2008 in the nomination ”Project of the Year”. In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow College of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Department of Residential and Public Construction) with honors. In 1985-1988 he studied at the Moscow Architectural Institute (Faculty of Residential and Public Construction). Since 1987 - participant of domestic and foreign exhibitions. In 1988-1990 he studied at MIR 1 (Workshop of Individual Directing B. Yukhananov) Free Academy Moscow - Leningrad. In 1990 he headed the first cable television studio in Moscow. In 1990-1994 - member of the Permafrost Laboratory group (together with S. Kuskov, K. Preobrazhensky). In 1991, he won first place at the First International Video Art Festival (Leningrad). In 1992-1993 - artist of the interpretative art magazine ”Place of Printing”. In 1995 - fellow of the International Association of Fine Arts - AIAP (UNESCO), Paris. Since 1996 - member of the New Russian Classicism movement, St. Petersburg. In 2000-2002 - member of the FSB group (Front of Quiet Prosperity), together with A. Molodkin. In 2008, he was awarded the Kandinsky Prize in the nomination ”Best Project of the Year” for the exhibition ”Rodina Doch”. In 2017, he headed the visual arts section of the Russian Art Union. The artist's works are in the collections of the State Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and other museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
