Korban V.V. - Moscow Kremlin.. Year: 1993 Size: 85x194. Technique: Oil on canvas. Korban Vitaly Vasilyevich (1928-2010). Russian painter and graphic artist. He began studying to become an artist in Simferopol at the N.S. Samokish Art School, where he entered in 1945. In 1948, he continued his studies at the Moscow State Academic Art School in Memory of 1905 (MGAKhU) under the guidance of V.N. Baksheev. After graduating from the school (in 1951), he took an active part in various regional and provincial exhibitions, worked in the Art Fund of the Moscow Region. In 1967, he was accepted into the Union of Artists of the USSR. The author of numerous landscapes with views of Moscow, still lifes, watercolor sketches. The works of V. Korban are kept in art museums of Saratov, Bryansk, Astrakhan, Irkutsk and other cities of Russia, as well as in numerous private collections.
