Papikyan A.S. - Light still life.. Year:  1995 Technique:  Oil on canvas. Size:  75x100. Papikyan Albert Stepanovich (1926, Spitak district - 1997, Moscow). People's Artist of Russia. As a schoolboy, he won the right to study at a Moscow school for especially gifted children at an all-Union competition. Author of portraits, landscapes, thematic works. Graduated from LZhSA named after. I.E. Repin from the workshop of B.V. Ioganson with his diploma work “Stakhanovites of Sevanstroy”. In 1949, member of the Union of Artists and exhibitor of exhibitions. Papikyan's personal exhibition was held in 2000 at the Moscow Academy of Arts. Works by A.S. Papikyan are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Museum of the Academy of Arts and the Naval Museum of St. Petersburg, in art galleries of Tver, Smolensk and other cities.
