Fedorovich V.N. - Girl at the window.. Technique:  Oil on cardboard. Size:  45x29. Fedorovich Vladimir Nikolaevich (1871, Oryol province - 1928, Leningrad). He studied at the Odessa Drawing School, at the Imperial Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg (1894 - 1900) with A.I. Kuindzhi and A.A. Kiseleva. Received the title of artist for the paintings “Forest” and “Morning”. In the 1900-1900s. exhibited at the Spring Exhibitions of the Academy of Arts, at exhibitions of the Association of Traveling Art Exhibitions (1916), and exhibitions of the Moscow Society of Art Lovers. In Soviet times, he participated in the First Free Exhibition (1919), exhibitions of the Academy of Artists of the Russian Federation, and the Anniversary Exhibition of Fine Arts. He was engaged in decorative and church painting (in the Saratov Cathedral). He taught at the Drawing School of the St. Petersburg Society for the Encouragement of Arts and at the art and industrial technical school created on its basis in Soviet times. He continued the landscape traditions of I.I. Levitan and A.I. Kuindzhi. Active member of the A. Kuindzhi Society, the Society of Russian Artists and the Ekaterinodar Society of Artists. The artist’s works are in the museum of the Academy of Arts, in museums of Krasnodar, Taganrog, Saratov.
