Grabar All-Russia Art Scientific Centre of Restoration. Tyshler Alexander Grigorievich (1898, Melitopol - 1980, Moscow). He studied at the Kiev Art School (1912-1917), then visited the studio of A. Exter (1917) and the workshop of V.A. Favorsky in the Moscow Vkhutemas (Participated in the art associations Kultur-League (Kyiv, 1917-1920), “Method” (Moscow, 1922-1925), Society easel painters (Moscow, 1925-1932). He worked as an artist and director in Moscow theaters.
