Chetverikov Albert Agafonovich (1930–2022) Soviet and Russian artist, landscape painter. Worked in the genres of landscape, still life, portrait. In 1951 he graduated from the Ivanovo Art School. Since the 1950s - participant in city, all-Union and international exhibitions. Since 1977 - member of the Union of Artists. He was often on creative business trips, visited the Caucasus, Central Asia, Siberia, the Urals, the Volga region, the Russian North. In 1967, Chetverikov's work ”Quiet Autumn” was acquired by the Royal Academy of Arts of Great Britain for the collection of Queen Elizabeth II. The author's works are presented in the collections of the Ivanovo Regional Art Museum, the Krasnodar Art Museum and other regional museums of Russia, as well as in private collections.
