Soviet artist, painter, graphic artist, Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Grew up in Sverdlovsk. From 1938 lived and worked in Moscow. Graduated with honors from the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov (1948, monumental painting workshop of A.A. Deineka). As a student, he began teaching painting, drawing and composition at MIPIDI, participated in the painting of the Moscow Planetarium (1943 - 1944). Gained fame as a monumental artist. Author of wall paintings at GITIS named after A.V. Lunacharsky, 1949; Central House of Aviation named after M.V. Frunze 1950, 1955; frescoes at the Kyiv-Radialnaya metro station, 1953, etc., multi-figure paintings of Soviet pavilions at the International Exhibitions and Fairs in Leipzig (1952) and Beijing (1954). Author of genre works on historical and revolutionary themes, a prominent representative of socialist realism in the visual arts. Creator of a series of pictorial images of the creative intelligentsia - S.A. Yesenin, V.S. Vysotsky, L.V. Tselikovskaya, N.A. Obukhova, V.A. Soloukhin, Vl. E. Tsigal and others. Created a gallery of images of outstanding pilots (I.N. Kozhedub, S.M. Kramarenko, R.I. Kaprelyan, K.P. Sapelkin), great military leaders (G.K. Zhukov, K.K. Rokossovsky), political figures. He also worked in the genre of landscape and still life. Radoman's works are in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the State Historical Museum, the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, etc. The artist's solo exhibitions were held in Moscow in 1968, 1978, 1980, 2004, 2009, 2020, 2025.
