Kozlovsky Gennady Vasilievich (born 1962) Russian artist, PhD in pedagogy. Director of the Chuvash State Art Museum, People's Artist of the Chuvash Republic. In 1988, he graduated from the Art and Graphics Department of the Chuvash State Pedagogical Institute named after I. Ya. Yakovlev. Since 1992, he has been an associate professor in the Painting Department of the Art and Graphics Department of the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I. Ya. Yakovlev. In 1998, he defended his candidate's dissertation in specialty 13.00.02 on the topic ”Mastering the traditions of Russian iconography by students of art and graphic departments during the professional training of fine arts teachers.
