Chuikov Ivan Semyonovich (1935-2020) Russian artist, one of the classics of Moscow conceptualism. Born into the family of the famous artist Semyon Chuikov. From 1954 to 1960 he studied at the Moscow State Art Institute. V. I. Surikova. The first exhibition was held as part of the VII World Festival of Youth and Students in 1957. From 1960 to 1962 he taught at the Vladivostok Art School. In 1968 he joined the Union of Artists of the USSR. At the end of the 1960s, Ivan Semyonovich Chuikov abandoned traditional fine art in favor of nonconformism.
