Gudskov L.V. - The Moscow Kremlin.. Year:  1973. Technique:  Tempera on paper. Size:  41x59. Descripton:  Signed and dated lower right. Gudskov Lev Vasilievich (1922, Moscow – 1997). Painter and graphic artist, professor, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He studied at the Surikov Moscow State Art Institute from 1947 to 1952 under P. V. Malkov, P. D. Korin, A.M. Gritsai and V. N. Yakovlev, graduated from the Institute with honors. Since 1952, he participated in All-Union, All-Russian and Moscow exhibitions, held solo exhibitions in Moscow in 1982 and 1997, and also exhibited in France, Germany, Japan and other countries. Gudskov's works are kept in the Museum of Modern History of Russia (formerly the Museum of the Revolution), the Museum of Moscow (formerly the Museum of the History and Reconstruction of Moscow), in many regional museums, as well as in private collections and galleries in Russia, England, Germany, Italy and Belgium.
