Mid-Century Modern Two-Tone Veneer Sideboard or Buffet Cabinet - A single Mid-Century Modern sideboard or buffet cabinet, likely dating from the 1950s or 1960s. The construction utilizes veneered wood or laminate materials throughout. The façade configuration consists of two side cupboard compartments flanking a central bank of three vertically-stacked drawers. The piece features a two-tone design: the top surface and cabinet doors are finished in a dark, straight-grained veneer or laminate, contrasting with lighter, blonde wood veneer used for the three central drawer fronts. All doors and drawers utilize circular, reddish-brown wooden knobs for opening. The cabinet stands on four dark, tapered, and slightly splayed legs characteristic of the period. The interior of the side compartments includes shelving. No manufacturer's markings or text are externally visible.
