Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Kidney Shaped Tea Tray - A single Edwardian kidney-shaped serving or tea tray constructed of mahogany or similar hardwood. The tray features complex veneer decoration, including a central serpentine medallion inlaid with contrasting light and dark woods depicting stylized floral and foliate scrollwork. The raised border is finished with a banded inlay pattern of alternating darker and lighter wood segments. Cast brass or bronze handles are mounted on the narrow ends.
