Southern Walnut Jackson Press - A fine Southern Jackson Press in walnut, likely Tennessee, the upper section with a molded cornice above two paneled doors opening to interior shelving. The lower section fitted with two drawers having brass pulls, over two paneled cupboard doors, all raised on turned legs ending in ball feet. Clean lines and practical form, typical of mid-19th century Tennessee cabinet making, wiht a warm patina that reflects its long domestic use.
