Set of Six South Indian Cast Bronze or Brass Devotional Figures, 20th Century - A group of six small South Indian cast metal figures depicting male and female deities in stylized standing poses, each with simplified facial features and traditional ornaments, raised on tiered rectangular bases. Executed in the folk devotional style of Tamil Nadu or Karnataka and retaining dark brown to olive patinas from age and ritual handling. Each approx. 5½–6 in. H. Condition: Good overall with scattered wear, small casting flaws, and areas of verdigris consistent with age.
