Pair of Japanese Carved Resin or Bone Figural Netsuke - Pair of finely carved Japanese figural netsuke, each depicting reclining couples in close embrace, executed with exceptional detail to hair, robes, and facial features. Each piece shows skillful incising and staining typical of traditional netsuke craftsmanship. Early to mid-20th century. Each approx. 1¾ in. H, 2½ in. W Condition: Minor surface wear and patination consistent with age; overall very good condition.
