Victorian Cast Iron and Paint Decorated Umbrella Stand, late 19th century - Finely detailed cast iron umbrella or cane stand in two-tone finish, featuring a tall central post modeled with acanthus leaves and topped with a stylized pinecone finial. The circular drip pan and pierced upper ring are finished in contrasting dark iron, forming an elegant and functional hall piece. The base retains its original molded leaf-and-dart border and removable drip insert. Approximately 31 in. high, 14 in. diameter. Condition: Old surface with later white paint; scattered wear and oxidation consistent with age.
