Mahogany Double-Pedestal Dining Table with Leaves, Attr. to Baker Furniture Co., Early 20th Century - Early 20th century mahogany double-pedestal dining table, attributed to Baker Furniture Co., the rectangular top with rounded corners and banded edge, resting on two turned pedestals with three splayed legs terminating in brass caps and casters. The table retains two original leaves, allowing it to extend for large gatherings while maintaining elegant proportion and balance. Beautifully figured mahogany surfaces with warm, polished patina. Fully extended 84 in. L, 48 in. W, 29½ in. H. Condition: Very good overall with light surface wear and minor edge scuffs from use; one or two small veneer chips to banding; sturdy and well-balanced with smooth leaf mechanism.
