American Brilliant Cut Glass Banquet Lamp with Cut Shade and Prisms, Early 20th Century - A magnificent American Brilliant Cut Glass banquet lamp featuring an intensely cut, fully hobstar-and-fan pattern shade over a deeply cut pedestal base, all united by a brass collar fitted with a full ring of long, original cut prisms. The domed shade displays exceptional wheel-cut detail including hobstars, strawberry diamonds, cross-hatching, and radiant fan motifs, creating dramatic refraction when illuminated. The matching cut-glass standard rises from a broad, finely cut base with alternating hobstar and fan panels, providing excellent stability and sparkle. Electrified for modern use while retaining its period presence. Approximately 21 in. H, 10 in. diameter shade, 7 in. base diameter. Condition: Very good; minor edge fleabites typical of age; prisms intact with light expected wear; electrification functional.
