Large Eight-Light Wrought Iron & Brass Chateau-Style Chandelier, Early–Mid 20th Century - A substantial wrought iron and brass chandelier in the French chateau manner, featuring an octagonal iron ring supporting eight candle-form light arms with turned brass candle cups and decorative drop rings. The upper cage displays elegantly tapered iron rods with brass-turned collars and finials, all rising to a brass knopped canopy. Retains original faux-wax candle sleeves and a pleasing naturally aged surface throughout, with attractive patination to both the iron and brass elements. Recently removed from a historic Southern home. approx. 31 in. H (fixture height), 32 in. diameter. Condition: Very good structural condition with expected wear from age; old surface patination; candle sleeves worn; wiring should be inspected or updated prior to installation.
